Re-Think is a group of specialist experiential development training consultants who enjoy the challenge of delivering the very best solutions to drive change. Based in the English Lake District, which has been at the heart of experiential development training for decades, we enjoy working together within a networked hub and delivering great programmes.

We only take on work where we are 100% confident in delivering the results agreed and defined with the client. We know we are better off walking away than delivering something which we don’t believe in. We have the capacity, network and experience to work anywhere in Europe.

With an extensive network, we ensure we find the right people to deliver your programme, rather than just who’s available. We’re not an agency; we know and trust the capabilities of our trainers who we regard as being cutting edge in their field.

Experiential delivery is a key thread that pulls us together. Our common roots lie in powerful outdoor learning environments giving us a sense of connection. We continue to use this medium with great success, providing challenging outdoor organisational development programmes, journeys, leadership programmes and experiences. We realize today that not all companies want to use the outdoors and in many cases it wouldn’t be the right fit; but take a spirit of adventure, challenge and fun into the way we design undertake our work.
