How can you create change in others, if you’re not passionate about creating change yourself?
We’re a relatively small independent training provider, with immense pride and passion in our work. That means if we have to sit up all night to re-write a programme, we will. If it means traveling 200 miles for an extra client meeting we do. And if it means as trainers we’re dead beat at the end of a programme (we usually are) it’s because we’ve invested all we possibly can in delivery.

We seek to create and work in partnership with our clients. Partnership goes hand in hand with passion; to create our drive we have to feel connected to you and your organisation, we need to know your world, your drivers and be able to speak your language.

We bring our programmes to life with innovative projects that give energy, create discussion and allow participants to make sense of the leadership, change and development.

We respect every individual’s world view, seeking to work in a positive developmental context. Our work involves making participants aware of their beliefs and interaction in the world; this can be challenging and ultimately always comes from a position of respect and positive intent.

Challenge
Perhaps hard for some people to square with fun; we believe a great training programme achieves both of these aspects. We challenge self-limiting beliefs and assumptions to facilitate development. We use challenging projects to drive team and personal development. And, we believe that a central positive challenge within a supportive framework is core to team performance.
