Our programmes are dynamic, challenging, serve to set professional standards and create strong development groups. We provide essential business context and act as a critical friend giving developmental feedback and as coaches, take a look at recent course feedback .
We help you to develop programmes that both meet your business needs and serve attract talented individuals into your organisation.
We understand, and have designed programmes that address some of the most crucial factors within graduate development:
- A lack of business context and awareness of business related development areas.
- Transference from a success orientated academic culture to the cut-throat world of business.
- Shifting from student mono-culture to the diverse nature of working in business, and all that comes with it.
- Developing self-awareness aligned to the expectations of business and effective influencing skills.
We provide a range of programmes from assessment centres to ‘Powering Forward’ programmes marking the end of a graduate scheme. Key content is commonly delivered via platforms that are impactful and high energy; experiential projects, journey programmes, outdoor programmes or business simulations.
We have delivered pretty much everywhere from corporate head offices and conferences venues in the city, to remote mountain retreats in the Lake District.
Potential course content:
- Influencing skills
- Awareness of personal style/brand
- Feedback skills
- Understanding self and personal effectiveness
- Coaching skills
- Leadership / being pro-active / taking responsibility
- Setting expectations
- Personal impact
- Effective team working
