Corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes involve engaging with a community partner to share resources with mutual benefits.
We are able to organise every aspect including connecting you with a suitable project partner.
CSR projects provide a way of giving something back to a wider community and a powerful, challenging learning experience. As real projects, with real consequence they act to immediately create energy and provide a sense of common purpose.
Our programmes in this area usually take on one of two forms:
- Sharing Business Skills
or
- Shared Labour
Business skills projects involve addressing an issue that the partner may not have the time, money or expertise to tackle. This form of project adds huge immediate direct value to a community partner. They provide a powerful tool to explore project management and being rooted firmly in reality, also a great platform for participants to base developmental feedback regarding personal effectiveness in highly pressured situations.
Shared labour projects provide energy and provide a sense of connection for employees to their employer and community. They are usually reviewed in a lighter manner as the task becomes all-consuming!
