Group Development Exercises

Experiential project work is our background, we have a wealth of experience in designing and running innovative development exercises that bring to life leadership, change, group dynamics and personal effectiveness.

Projects range from short inputs with powerful associated messages, to business related tasks which may take place over several months. Our skills lie in constructing the right project, and ensuring learning by reviewing at the right moment, and in the right way. Of course, some projects need very little in the way of deconstruction as the experience speaks for itself or involves by its nature a large element of debate and discussion.

Commonly, our programmes would start with shorter projects to give energy and introduce our style of working; moving on to more complex and challenging projects designed to create debate, discussion and clarity around  our course objectives.

We draw on a huge pool of experience to utilise the right combination of relevent projects, reviews and inputs to produce outstanding events.
