We believe leadership rightfully sits at every level in within organisations, it is not a function of position but everyday actions that give clarity and direction or perhaps actions that make a stand for what is right. We believe the most effective organisations empower or even expect people to step forward when they see things that need to change rather than being passive in there situation; Leadership manifests itself as actions.
Our programmes bring together both the theory and practice of leadership to create leaders who re-enter their organisation with a clear sense of what they need to do and how to do it to add significant value. In our world we turn leadership on its head by inviting people to attend with a business plan, vision or burning desire to make change rather than spending people on programmes without purpose.
We provide a backbone to our programmes with models and thinking drawn from authors including Kouze and Posner, Covey and Heron who all advocate personal action to drive change. Participants make sense of their thinking via challenging projects with direct connections to the world of business, and honest feedback on not what they know, but what they actually do, the impact it has, and how to move forwards.

Re-Think have recently delivered a highly successful modular leadership development programme to Stoke-on-Trent City Counci. The programme recieved positive change scores inevery aspect of performance required (17 seperate performance indicators). For this programme we ultilised 4 key expert trainersand designed projects to replicate the clients culture and hit the required outcomes, copyright is handed to the client so they now have projects that they can run in-house with no further cost.
