Over the years we have seen many development programmes destined to fail. And what's more, everyone knew it wouldn't work. We would rather walk away than deliver without belief and telling you what we think you want to hear.
We believe the key to organisational development lies in focused open conversations that define the future and each persons role moving forward. Organisational development to us involves sharing feedback with a sense of courage and integrity; expect us to challenge what we hear and say what we think to move you forwards. For example, there's no point in engaging in a development programme if the underlying rewards system contradicts your objectives, or if the actions of senior staff are the opposite of what they are trying to promote at lower levels, our role is to be honest with you in the shortcomings we see to move you forwards.
