A bit more about us before you invite us in!

• Most of our work follows a multi modular approach running over 12-18 months, usually involving 3 or 4 modules with continuation work in-between.
• Our house style leads us to work with small groups where we can get to know participants individually, on some programme we break this down to 4 or 5 cohorts per year.
• We are used to and more than happy co-training with our clients. This approach has worked extremely well giving you as clients complete transparency and the ability to provide context. We add breadth of knowledge, independent thinking and vast experience within the field to develop the best programme for you.
• We seek to build relationships and work with clients over extended periods of time allowing us to understand their business, the reality is that we can deliver an excellent programme in year one but it takes up to 3 years before a programme is fully development to the extent that we'd like, to a level where it is felt to be cutting edge for your field.
• We have no fixed programme to offer you, all our work is bespoke. In order to deliver a demo day we would expect to have to meet with you for at least 4 hours to get things right, at the end of that if you're not happy then of course things end right there!
